Customer Experience Specialist

Ready for the adventure of a lifetime? Join Helloprint's Customer Experience center in Valencia! From here, we make sure our customers love us by giving them a 9+ WOW service. As we are growing, we are looking for a new Customer Experience Specialist focused on the German market. We are searching for passionate people that love helping our customers, provide excellent service, and that are looking for a challenging environment with motivated and ambitious colleagues.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • You are the first contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat in English and German;
  • You help customers find the right product and service by proactively helping them online and offline;
  • You provide service with a smile and practice our most important core value: ‘The Customer Always first’

Job requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German & English and other European languages are a plus!;
  • A bachelor or academic level;
  • Super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment when being in touch with customers;
  • A dynamic and flexible personality;
  • A real team player and great addition to our amazing team;
  • Solution oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way;
  • Experience in Customer Service or with Adobe InDesign skills is a plus!
  • The willingness to relocate or already Valencia based.
