Customer Happiness and Improvements Intern (Valencia, Full Time)

Customer Happiness and Improvements (CH&I) isn’t just the department with probably the longest name in the company, it’s also the department that acts as a bridge between our customers, via our CX agents, and other departments to solve issues and suggest improvements in order to create a smooth journey in which CX doesn’t get unnecessary contacts from customers.

We are now seeking a proactive and innovative intern who will assist us in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can inform our operational strategies. The intern will be expected to contribute fresh and creative ideas for improving our operations, with a particular focus on supporting the growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of enhancing our customer experience and driving our business forward!

What you do:

  • Handle urgent issues shared by CX via slack, collect and assess non-urgent bugs using, and evaluate ideas for improvement.

  • Provide feedback on tech team projects affecting customers and CX operations, ensuring team leads or seniors are included when necessary.

  • Monitor metrics like CSAT, NPS, and FCR, and provide feedback to team leads.

  • Analyze and improve existing processes for better efficiency and service quality.

  • Evaluate and implement new tools or processes to enhance operations.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You are currently following a Bachelor or Master in international business or management.

  • You are available full-time, for at least 5-6 months.

  • You are skilled in English communication and writing.

  • You have a commercial drive to see opportunities and analytical skills.

  • You are a real team player and a true addition to our super fun team.

  • You are willing to learn, grow, and adapt.

  • You are a proactive and target-focused self-starter who is not afraid of multitasking.
