Job description

As Junior Account Manager you are an essential part of the acquisition process of new customers. Not only do you find and acquire new customers, you also find opportunities within our current customer base. HelloPrint is expanding rapidly and has multiple propositions to suit every potential customer’s needs. From identifying prospects to landing a new big fish, you’re involved in the whole customer acquisition journey. As you get a lot of custaomer insights you are also involved in improving our propositions based on the feedback you gather. We help you to develop into a strong B2B sales professional whilst you help us grow.

HOW YOU'LL DO THIS

  • Actively seek new business opportunities and leads in the Dutch and Belgian market;

  • Jump on your phone lightning fast to maintain momentum with every hot lead;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients;

  • Present and sell the various HelloPrint propositions to potential clients;

  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction;

  • Work closely together with the Country Manager on the biggest clients in the market;

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure and improve customer satisfaction;

  • Report sales results and market developments to management to improve process


Job requirements

WHY YOU CAN DO THIS

  • A truly commercial mindset. If a lead doesn’t convert, something isn’t right and you must take action;

  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales;

  • You have strong negotiation skills and could sell an ice cube to an eskimo;

  • You have a seriously curious attitude. We are looking for people who are hungry for knowledge and always wonder why things are the way they are;

  • You have strong communicative skills and your phone is your best friend;

  • You have a love for technology and e-commerce. You are someone who likes to apply knowledge and expertise to create business value;

  • You have good analytical skills and know your way around Excel (other data tools are a plus);

  • You are a strong and fast executor and very productive in your work.


From the above mentioned competencies & skills, three must-haves:
