Quality Tracker 

As a Quality Tracker for Customer Experience you will be part of Customer Happiness & Improvements team, you will make sure our specialists are providing the 9+ experience within our policies. You ensure a high standard quality of our Customer Experience team by tracking their individual performance on a weekly basis. You full understand the quality requirements to meet our customer's expectations at all times.


In this role as a Quality Tracker you are responsible for assessing the conversations that are made by our specialists. This includes providing feedback to optimise the quality control process.


What you do

  • Assessing customer conversations made by our agents on a daily basis - provide daily (written) feedback on these conversations

  • Responding to an specialists feedback on assessments

  • Participating in monthly calibration and quality meetings

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively control quality processes

  • In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards

  • Support with onboarding programs and training sessions



Job requirements

What are we looking for

  • You are passionate about developing people and are not scared to give constructive feedback

  • Good understanding of how you give the best Customer Experience

  • You speak fluent French, Spanish and English 

  • Experience with content-related tasks, such as quality/content reviewing is a plus;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
