The Opportunity

We are excited to launch the search for our first-ever Customer Success Manager. This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and develop the Customer Success function within our organization and shape its future. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with Sales Representatives, Sales Operations, and Product Teams to drive success across our range of business solutions, including Portal, Connect, and API.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Lead the Customer Success Function: As the first Customer Success Manager, you'll have the autonomy to build, refine, and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Own Customer Relationships: Build strong, trusted relationships with our B2B customers to ensure they are maximizing the value from our solutions (Portal, Connect, API) and achieving their business goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales Representatives to support deal closures, partner with Sales Operations to optimize processes, and collaborate with the Product Team to improve and innovate our solutions based on customer feedback.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging a highly commercial mindset to expand our footprint within existing accounts.
• Champion Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and work closely with Sales Operations to make your function more efficient
• Be a Strategic Advisor: Provide insights and advice to customers to help them navigate our solutions, while also bringing valuable feedback to our Product Team to drive continuous improvement.

• Excellent Communicator: You have exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Dutch and English, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative and Strategic: You enjoy working cross-functionally, influencing without authority, and collaborating with multiple teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Analytical and Solution-Oriented: You possess a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to dissect complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
