With a portfolio of over 20 apartments in the city, we cater to young professionals, expats, and digital nomads, providing co-living and investment solutions. For the next phase, we're looking for a very motivated Finance Lead to join our team and make an impact. This role is for an ambitious and motivated international talent that is up for an adventure.


What you do:
The Coliving and Property Manager at weVLC is in a key position responsible for our locations' effective management and operation. This role involves being the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction, and maintaining the operational efficiency of our properties.

You will oversee property maintenance, tenant relations, lease management, events and strategies to attract new residents. This role requires a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks and relationships efficiently.

You:

• Select, interview, and onboard new tenants. You are the face of weVLC when clients contact us to rent a room or apartment.
• Assist tenants throughout their stay, including check-ins, check-outs, inventory control, and solving maintenance issues with the maintenance team.
• Take action to attract new residents using online platforms, social media, and other creative solutions.
• Develop and implement processes to improve our property management practices and operational efficiency.
• Oversee rent payments and bill collection.
• Manage lease agreements, contracts, calendars, and occupancy rates while fostering a positive community atmosphere among tenants.
• Organize events for our community, and engage with the members.

• Strong organisational skills and process-focused mindset.

• Experience in property management, real estate or similar is a plus.

• Excellent customer relationship skills to effectively communicate with tenants.

• Proficiency in English and fluent communication skills in Spanish.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain composed under pressure.

• Flexibility to address tenant issues promptly and adapt to changing situations.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
