As our new Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be the customer-centric face of Finance, owning our receivables processes and playing a vital role in maintaining strong cash flow and customer relationships. You’ll ensure timely payments, support accurate reporting, and help drive improvements across our financial operations. This is a great opportunity to take ownership, sharpen your communication and analytical skills, and have a direct impact on our performance.


What you'll do

  • Own our Accounts Receivable processes: You manage the entire receivables cycle, from tracking incoming payments and resolving discrepancies to ensuring timely follow-ups on overdue balances.
  • Be the face of Finance to our customers: You are the go-to contact for finance-related queries, delivering clear and professional communication while building strong relationships.
  • Drive improvements: You apply AI-first thinking, identify process inefficiencies, propose smarter solutions, and help implement enhancements that improve the AR function.
  • Support compliance: You contribute to VAT filings and audit preparation by delivering precise documentation and helping the team meet deadlines without surprises.
  • Grow beyond your role: You get involved in finance projects that align with your strengths—whether that’s system improvements, data analysis, or driving operational excellence.

This role gives you the chance to take real ownership of the receivables process, strengthen your communication and problem-solving skills, and play a key part in safeguarding our cash flow and customer relationships. 🚀

  • You’re comfortable with numbers and know your way around Excel and automation.

  • This is an office-based role only. Remote work is not an option, as we value in-person collaboration to drive performance.
