That’s why we’re building a dedicated AI and automation team to lead this change, and we're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help us get there. You’ll work closely with our technical team and every department at HelloPrint, from Marketing and Growth to Operations, Supply, Finance, and Talent, to turn ideas into real, working solutions that make us faster, smarter, and more efficient.


Your mission:

  • Identify areas for rapid automation

  • Work side-by-side with our other AI specialists and technical team to design and deliver smart, practical, production ready solutions.

  • Build integrations between systems (CRM, PIM, pricing engines, supplier routing, CMS, finance, HR).

  • Automate manual workflows to unlock speed, quality, and efficiency.

  • Use AI tools and frameworks to make our processes smarter and future-ready.

  • Empower every department to work faster and scale sustainably.

  • Champion AI-first thinking across the company.


Job requirements

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate daily with our technical team and AI squad and the business.

  • Partner with all HelloPrint departments to scope, prioritize, and deliver impactful solutions.

  • Write production-quality code (Python).

  • Build and maintain API integrations.

  • Automate data flows, reporting pipelines, and operational processes.

  • Develop internal tools, dashboards, and interfaces to empower colleagues.

  • Experiment with and integrate AI technologies (LLMs, workflow automation, data enrichment).

  • Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution.

Who You Are:

  • A hands-on software engineer (Python preferred) who loves solving real-world problems.

  • Excited to be part of a growing AI and automation team.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with all HelloPrint departments.

  • Experienced with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and automation tools.

  • Curious about AI and ready to apply it creatively.

  • Pragmatic, action-oriented, and focused on shipping solutions.

  • Collaborative, self-starting, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up.

  • Fluent in English (our company language).
