Accounts Payable Specialist

As our new Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of our payables processes. From processing and validating thousands of invoices to handling all outgoing payments and managing short-term cash flow, you’ll play a key role in making sure suppliers are paid accurately and on time. Your work has a direct impact on our financial health and operational performance.

What you'll do

• Own our Accounts Payable processes: You manage the full accounts payable flow from invoice processing and creditor management to payment runs and reconciliations.

• Control millions in spend: You validate thousands of purchase invoices with precision, actively solving disputes both internally and externally.

• Guard our cash flow: You play a key role in safeguarding our cash position, identifying trends and potential risks before they surface.

• Drive improvements: You challenge the status quo with AI-first thinking, suggest better workflows, and collaborate to implement changes.

• Support reporting: You contribute to monthly financial reports, VAT filings, and the annual audit process, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.
