Stage / Internship IT Support

As an IT Support intern at HelloPrint, you’ll grow and develop yourself in one of the most ambitious scale-ups in the Netherlands. You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to all IT-related questions making sure that everyone has the right tools to perform at the highest possible level. You’ll be working closely with the IT infrastructure Team. Thanks to the nature of your position you’ll have the chance to meet all teams and backgrounds and understand what it takes to run a successful technology business.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing laptops for new employees;

• Managing all the hardware stock in Rotterdam (ex, computers, peripherals, etc,..);

• Basic network management and maintenance;

• Handling software and accounts for employees;

• Preparing and assisting company events;

• Maintain office hardware like printers, TVs, and meeting rooms;

• Always looking for new improvements and solutions in our processes;

• Turn off and on a lot of devices :).
  

What are we looking for?

• You are currently ennrolled in a a Computer/ICT program (level 4);

• You are available full-time, for at least 5-6 months;

• You are skilled in English communication and writing;

• You have a proactive & energetic attitude;

• You have experience in solving IT problems;

• You are a real team player and love supporting & helping people;

• You are willing to learn, grow & adapt;

• Ability to manage and prioritize your workload in a fast-paced company.
