🇪🇸 Senior Account Executive – Spanish Market

We’re growing fast in Spain, and now we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to take the lead. Someone with experience in the print landscape, who knows how to win hearts, close deals, and grow customer value. If you’re commercial, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving meaningful business relationships—this is your role.

You’ll be based at our HQ in Rotterdam or our Customer Excellence Office in Valencia and work at the heart of our international expansion, collaborating closely with our CMO, COO and Growth teams. Your mission? Scale our presence in Spain and build relationships that last.

What you’ll do:

• Own and grow our Spanish key accounts: You’ll work on a list of high-potential clients, identified with our RevOps team, and offer them tailored solutions across our product suite (Connect, API, Portal, Merch);

• Drive customer success: You’ll deepen client relationships, maximize retention and satisfaction, and bring feedback directly to our product teams to improve our offering;

• Run high-impact customer events: You’ll plan and host impactful in-person sessions, positioning HelloPrint as the top-tier partner in the Spanish print space;

• Influence the market: You’ll represent HelloPrint at senior levels and create buzz in the market around our unique proposition;

• Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with Product, Print Specialists, Marketing, Customer Support and more to align efforts and deliver flawlessly;

• Shape the playbook: You’ll work directly with the COO to codify key learnings, implement cross-market strategies, and scale what works across teams and countries.
