B2B Growth Marketer (HQ Rotterdam)

We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketer to join us onsite in Rotterdam. In this hands-on, allrounder role, you'll own campaigns, explore untapped channels, and drive demand across our new professional solutions. You’ll be at the heart of our B2B growth engine: launching fast, thinking creatively, and always focused on real impact.

Your Mission:

You’ll own and execute growth marketing strategies for our group activities and our brand-new professional solutions. All with one goal: getting new customers in and getting more value out of existing ones across multiple channels.

This role is all about action, not endless planning decks. You’ll:

• Launch, test, and optimize campaigns quickly (you know what works across different channels);

• Hunt for underused B2B channels (think Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn niche forums, and beyond);

• Make SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) second nature, working with teams to drive real change;

• Build out LinkedIn strategies (organic and paid), email flows, retargeting (whatever delivers results);

• Drive demand generation, nurture, and lifecycle campaigns in close collaboration with our Paid Marketing Team;

• Be the bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Country Teams: turning ideas into experiments, and experiments into scalable growth plays.

What you'll do:

You’ll take full ownership of B2B growth initiatives across our markets, with a strong focus on our professional solutions. Your work will span strategy, execution, experimentation, and reporting: all with a performance mindset.

• Develop and execute B2B growth strategies tailored to different European markets

• Run multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, social, SEO/AEO, email, partnerships, and emerging platforms

• Identify and activate non-traditional B2B channels (Reddit, Discord, industry-specific communities)

• Use data to prioritize the highest-impact activities and move fast on what works

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Country teams to align on messaging, offers, and go-to-market

• Report transparently on performance and learnings (both wins and failures)

• Leverage AI tools for content creation, targeting, personalization, and campaign analysis

Who we're looking for:

You’re not just a growth marketer: you’re a proactive, performance-obsessed operator who thrives on experimentation and speed. You take ownership, move fast, and drive measurable impact.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation

• A results-obsessed mindset: you measure everything and care deeply about outcomes

• Excellent writing and creative thinking (always with performance as your filter)

• An AI-first approach: you use tools to move faster and scale smarter

• Strong grasp of modern SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and content marketing at scale

• Confidence using emerging channels like Reddit, Quora, Discord, Slack groups, and vertical communities

• Hands-on experience with email automation, lead flows, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns

• A self-starting, experimental nature: you don’t wait for direction, you make things happen

• A strong personal brand is a plus: your LinkedIn shows initiative and ownership

• Fluency in English; other European languages are a bonus
