CRM Automation Developer (Freelance / Part-Time)

HelloPrint seeks a technically skilled, hands-on CRM Automation Developer (20h/week required on-site or remote) to optimise our CRM automation. In this role, you will troubleshoot, improve and fix our CRM workflows, resolve urgent issues, and implement advanced automation strategies using Vero, HubSpot, Segment, and Contentful. Your expertise will drive efficient data flow, improve customer communication, and enhance campaign performance. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with strong knowledge of email automation, HTML, and API integrations.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure and optimise email automation systems like Vero and related CRM tools, ensuring smooth data flow and automation.

• Collaborate with Data and CRM teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines, automation workflows, and customer journey sequences, as well as segmentation and targeted campaigns.

• Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues with email content, including issues with HTML templates, Liquid syntax and attachment problems.

• Improve and fix existing and new email flows by supporting and building API connections and working with our Contentful integration.

Required skills and experience:

• Strong technical experience with CRM and marketing platforms, including data integration and content management systems (Familiarity with Vero, Segment, HubSpot, Contentful or similar systems is a plus).

• Proficiency in HTML, SQL, and Liquid scripting for dynamic CRM content and email debugging is a must.

• Proven experience troubleshooting CRM integrations, improving deliverability (SMTP, DMARC, SPF), and handling CMS-based content for email campaigns.

• Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, including customer segmentation and personalisation tactics.

• Knowledge and experience with PHP and Symfony are a plus

• Strong communication skills in English.
