As a Sales Development Representative at Engaige, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to engage potential clients and set the stage for successful sales engagements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Initial Outreach and Engagement: Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating Engaige’s value proposition and understanding their needs.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless transition.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing insights for sales strategies.
• Sales & Marketing Optimisation: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and campaigns.

About You:

• Sales experience is a plus but not required
  
• Proficient in Dutch
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of marketing activities to drive effective sales campaigns
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving results.
