As  Sales Growth Lead at Engaige, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with our founding team to orchestrate effective sales strategies and campaigns. This role is perfect for a hands-on sales professional who thrives in a startup environment and is motivated by tangible results rather than titles.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with our business goals and drives new customer acquisition.
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Marketing Development: Coordinate our external marketing team and develop and execute integrated campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the leadership team. Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.

About You:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of marketing activities to drive effective sales campaigns
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for driving results.
