If your profile sparks interest, we’ll invite you to a 20–30 min intro call. This is a relaxed chat where we:

If we both feel the spark, you’ll move forward with a deep dive in the role. Next to a conversation, this could include:
- A role-specific assignment to show your skills in action..
- A Facet5 personality questionnaire (no right or wrong answers, it’s about self-awareness).
Meet your potential team or manager to dive deeper into the role and responsabilities. - Discuss real projects and challenges you might work on.
- Learn how your future team collaborates and sets priorities.
- Have the chance to ask anything about the role, expectations, or company life.
This is our favourite part of the process. In a few hours, you’ll:

- Experience our vibe and office energy.
- Have real conversations about growth, impact, and fit.
And you won’t wait long, we usually share feedback within 24 hours.








The process usually includes additional interviews with leadership or cross-department collaboration cases, as many roles are global or strategic.
The focus is on collaboration, adaptability, and cultural fit within fast-growing international teams. Some roles may include bilingual assessments or practical exercises related to operations.
