Agent Deployment Expert

To lead this, we are looking for a team of exceptional Agent Deployment Experts, true AI-fluent professionals who can continuously identify opportunities, implement AI solutions, and drive measurable business impact across the company. This is not a traditional role, but is a high-impact, high-ownership position for a very small group of exceptional builders who want to be at the forefront of AI transformation. 

What you will do:

As an Agent Deployment Expert, you will be responsible for improving how HelloPrint fundamentally operates at its core. Your focus is simple: ship solutions that make us faster, smarter, and more scalable. 

You will:

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across Marketing, Sales, CX, Product, Operations and every other relevant part of the business

• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools that deliver measurable impact

• Own the full lifecycle: idea → implementation → rollout → optimisation

• Continuously test, evaluate, and deeply understand new AI tools

• Train teams and ensure adoption of new ways of working

• Replace manual processes with scalable, automated systems wherever possible

We expect you to ship continuously, not occasionally, based on real business impact, not on technical “coolness”. We develop workflows and tools to improve our business, not our vanity.

What makes you stand out:

• You have recently implemented impactful AI solutions that are used in production and are proving clear business value

• You can clearly explain why a solution works, where it breaks, and how to improve it

• You actively experiment with new tools and technologies every week an you make sure you understand their full potential and

• You consistently look for ways to eliminate manual work and inefficiencies and you challenge your own way of working

• You have a clear demonstration of your determination and performance in various aspects of life (sports, entrepreneurship, anything)
