Pricing Data Specialist

As a Pricing Data Specialist at HelloPrint, you play a key role in how competitive we are in the market. Pricing directly impacts our growth, margins and customer choices, and in this role you are closely involved in shaping those outcomes.

HelloPrint is a fast-growing international scale-up, active in six mature European markets, with a catalogue of more than 10 million unique product combinations. This scale makes pricing both complex and highly strategic. You will not only maintain and update prices, but actively help define pricing strategies that allow us to grow volume while improving margins.

You will build a strong understanding of our products, markets and competitors, and translate market developments into clear pricing actions. By combining data analysis with commercial insight, you help determine where we compete aggressively, where we optimise profitability, and how we differentiate ourselves in the market.

This is a hands-on and analytical role with real ownership and impact. You will work closely with our E-commerce, Supply and Product-Data teams to turn pricing insights into measurable results across all international websites. The role is based in our Valencia office, where you will be part of an international team with a strong scale-up mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor competitor pricing and market developments, identifying trends and opportunities.

• Execute and maintain pricing strategies across all international websites.

• Continuously review and update prices to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

• Measure the impact of pricing decisions and optimise based on performance.

• Collaborate closely with the E-commerce team to support volume growth and margin improvement.

• Ensure our prices clearly differentiate us in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets.

• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing pricing data at scale.

• A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how pricing affects margins and customer behaviour.

• Confidence translating data insights into concrete actions.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams.

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to work office-first in Valencia.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in pricing, e-commerce, revenue management, or marketplace environments.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Experience with pricing tools or competitor monitoring solutions.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, BI, or data visualisation tools.

• Familiarity with multi-market or international pricing setups.

• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.

• Interest in automation or AI-driven pricing processes.
